Smg can convert data from almost any format to the Raintree Software format.  We offer several different types of data conversions.....

Simple Data Conversion

A Simple Data Conversion Consists of Patient Demographic Data being transferred from your existing system to your new Raintree Software Program..  This will include name, address, city, state, zip, phone, and internal messages notes.   

Modified Data Conversion

A Modified Data Conversion consists of the Patient Demographic Data outlined above as well as patient insurance, supplier, employer, diagnosis and compatible table information.  Tables may include: charge table, adjustment table, payment table, insurance table and diagnosis table.   

Complete Data Conversion

A Complete Data Conversion consists of the criteria mentioned  above in Simple and Modified data Conversions as well as a balance forward on all patients with a balance.  

If you would like your data converted, then here are a few procedures you must follow: 

Complete any work cycles (insurance billings, statements, complete unfinished data entry).

Purge records done on a regular basis or purge unwanted data from your system.

 Set a target date for the termination of your old system.

 After the data conversion, your old system can only be used as a “look-up” system.  SMG will not update a conversion once it has been completed.
